Employment Opportunities

Apprentice 1-2 years of experience under a company or Cement Masons Unions, able to lift up to 50+lbs, stand 8-10hrs, own all personal tools (trowels, work boots, work belt), able to pour and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walkways, sidewalks, roads, steps, foundations or curbs using a variety of hand tools. Experience using power tools saws, jack hammer, plate compactors etc, Must know basic mathematics, High school Diploma recommended but not required

Journeyman

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience under a company or Cement Masons Union.
• Able to lift up to 50+lbs, stand 8-10 hrs, own all personal tools (trowels, work boots, work belt).
• Able to pour and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walkways, sidewalks, roads, steps, foundations or curbs using a variety of hand tools. Experience using power tools saws, jack hammer, plate compactors etc.
• Able to use a skid steer, walk behind, concrete mixer.
• Must be able to set up forms.
• Must know basic mathematics, High school Diploma recommended but not required.

Foreman

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience under a company or Cement Masons Union
• Able to lift up to 50+lbs, stand 8-10 hrs, own all personal tools (trowels, work boots, work belt)
• Able to pour and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walkways, sidewalks, roads, steps, foundations or curbs using a variety of hand tools. Experience using power tools saws, jack hammer, plate compactors etc,
• Able to use a skid steer, walk behind, concrete mixer,
• Must be able to set up forms, s
• Must be able to read blueprints plans,
• Experience in supervising, overseeing and training 3-10 employees or 1-2 crews
• Recommended safety, first aid trained and CPR trained, if not we will get your certified
• Experience with decorative concrete and polishing concrete
• Must know basic mathematics, High school Diploma recommended but not required
